BLK Pay retains ownership and control of all ATM equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Businesses hosting ATMs are responsible for providing a suitable location, power access, and general security.
BLK Pay is responsible for maintenance, cash management, and operational support unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
ATM usage fees and any revenue-sharing arrangements will be defined in a separate agreement between BLK Pay and the business partner. BLK Pay reserves the right to adjust surcharge fees as needed to reflect market conditions.
BLK Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business interruption, or unauthorized access events.
While we strive for maximum uptime, BLK Pay does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may impact availability.
BLK Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if terms are violated or if necessary for operational or legal reasons. Businesses may also request removal of equipment in accordance with their agreement terms.
